In support of the Chumby community out there (that has supported me in so many ways), and in an attempt to keep the Chumby One and its cousins alive, I have put together this video to show how to fix the power supply issue that is likely to eventually start causing problems on your Chumby One or Insignia 3.5. Also, this problem may occur in other power supplies for the Chumby 8 and the Sony versions.
If you need parts, I sell the capacitors for this repair. Contact me through www.AnyoneCanFixIt.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
Or, if you just want someone to do the repair for you, you can also contact me through the web site www.AnyoneCanFixIt.com or email@example.com
I look forward to the time when my Chumby is back to the full functionality it was was once so great at....hopefully that day will come soon!
